Delicious chinese: Chicken hakka noodles

Who doesn't love Chinese food? And if it combines all exotic ingredients, then no words to say. The noodles tossed with garlic, chicken, egg, prawn, mushroom and lots of vegetables and cooked in Hakka Style.
Note the ingredients..

Noodles: 2 cakes
Chicken 150 gm
Egg : 2
Prawn: 50 gm
Mushroom: 100 gm
Vegetables of your choice.. I used Beans, carrot, capsicum, green peas, Spring onion greens, Onion
Garlic 2 tsp finely chopped
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Sauce:
Soy sauce: 2 tsp
Red chili garlic sauce: 2 tsp
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Sesame oil (or any vegetable oil)
