Some say this is racism and disparity. No my friends its reality. People are afraid of the black man because they know more bad shit can happen if the man is black rather than white, simple. If the black person aproached another black person, wanna bet the reactions would be preety similar and very different than that of white persons?
The white person even aproached a person that was half black and the half black man grabbed his hand. Also we can see a difference in technique or aproach as well. The black person is too sudden and people get scare naturally. The white person is more smooth and not so threatening.
The clothes help as well, it helps to be in shorts rather than pants. Because in pants in usa you can carry a gun something.
It also looks that the white person build more trust than the other one. Subtle things. And its not only the skin colour here because the white person aproached a rather black one too
Even black people are scared of other black people.
