DEPUTIZE HIM! A passerby pulled his truck over and tackled a suspect fleeing police in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on July 13. Tulsa PD wrote on Facebook in response: "We love our citizens and greatly appreciate all the support that we get from you, this was definitely a case of 110% support."
