Major institutional investors have dedicated their pocketbooks to the future of rebuilding Ukrainian infrastructure in a newly formed alliance between the former Soviet Republic and corporate entities such as BlackRock & JP Morgan Chase in hopes to bolster the future development of the war-torn nation. Do these major institutional investors have nefarious intent behind their role in the development of Ukraine or are they simply altruists operating on the benevolence of their own good will?
