Salmon/Trout steaks
Fish boats with vegetables

Ingredients:
▫️Salmon/Trout steaks - 2 pieces
▫️Soy sauce - 1.5-2 tbsp
▫️Mixed peppers/salt (to taste)
▫️Potatoes - 300g
▫️Carrot - 1 piece
▫️Mushrooms - 3-4 pieces
▫️Sour cream - 1-2 tbsp
▫️Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step recipe / ⏱ 1 hour
1. Marinate the salmon/trout steaks in soy sauce, add mixed peppers or salt according to your taste. Let them marinate for a while.
2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and grate the carrot.
3. Slice the mushrooms.
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
5. Take a baking dish and create small "boats" using aluminum foil, placing the marinated steaks inside them.
6. Add the grated carrot and sliced mushrooms around the fish.
7. Mix sour cream with minced garlic and spread it over the fish and vegetables.
8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
9. Remove the top foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the fish and vegetables are fully cooked and tender.
