Incontrovertible proof that CO2 does not influence atmospheric temperature (BANNED on YouTube)

This video caused Youtube to close my account, Not just take down the video, but they kicked me out. Google still wanting to control the conversation .
Temperatures as determined by the UK Meteorological Office:

Scenario C “drastically reduces trace gas growth between 1990 and 2000 such that the greenhouse climate forcing (sic) ceases to increase after 2000”
The actual temperatures follow the trend from scenario C clearly illustrating that there is no greenhouse affect.
Note that from Scripps, atmospheric CO2 content increased by ~70ppm (~20%) from 1986 to present
Clearly, increasing atmospheric CO2 content does not influence atmospheric temperature.
