Interesting how he reads this memo about these BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS in the form of VACCINES where the FIRST SHOT will DISABLE a person's natural IMMUNE SYSTEM and then the SECOND SHOT will load the body with an INFECTION and the THIRD SHOT will form a CYTOKINE STORM.

Just like how the CV19 shot disables the immune system and the payload is in the lipid nano particles that get into all the cells and at some point it is triggered (5G?).
