Curls and Woodland Ruffles

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Curls 10in long

Top- Cut Woodland Ruffles 34in long

For Bottom you will need 20 Red Curls cut at 10in and 20 Green Curls cut at 10in

For Top you will need 4 Red Woodland Ruffles cut at 34in and 4 Green Woodland Ruffles cut at 34in

Ribbons Cut -12in
