Motivational about clefts. July is cleft awareness month 2023. Encouragement is vital. If you find yourself depressed with your head down, look up, smile and don't be afraid to talk and let your voice be heard. Educate people nicely. You are just as good as everyone else and don't allow bullying to hold you back.
Many times I don't make myself clear. Hopefully this video helps more than us clefties.
