Vessels traveling to Ukrainian ports to be considered military cargo carriers – Russia

Any ship headed to a Ukrainian port is now seen as a threat to Russia. Moscow has announced that, once the clock strikes midnight tonight local time, the previous humanitarian corridor will be considered to be a transport lane for military cargo headed to Ukraine.
