A new MTR

Did someone say Mid Term Rental? My partners and I just acquired a new property for our MTR Portfolio and it needs a lot of work! We negotiated such a good deal and the sellers saw the vision and wanted to partner with us. The did a cash out refi, drew tax free cash out and they are paying for some of the renovations. I️ know it doesn’t look like much now but just wait until our team is done with it.
