Apatros Review Ep-0021: Blind Vengeance [1994]

AR-0021: A low budget martial arts thriller made by obscure 1990s direct-to-video studio Gun For Hire, this rather shoddily put-together D-grade flick has two former best friends turned arch enemies who have been at each others' throats for years until things turn ugly when one crosses a line the other won't tolerate. The central concept is reasonable for the time, but the writing is slack to the point you won't give a crap, although star Rod Kei comes across as a likeable bloke & you will sympathize with him somewhat. If you're a fan of cheap 1990s' martial arts flicks, this might be worth your attention... for a VERY slow day.
