How to Make the Perfect Mocktail! The Lime Rickey

The Lime Rickey is a prohibition darling! It is so much fun to drink you will not even know you are drinking a mocktail! Due to the addition of bitters this mocktail contains about 0.5% alcohol.

The Lime Rickey Mocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

Ice

¾ oz Simple Syrup

¾ oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

4 dashes of bitters

4 oz Club Soda

Procedure:

Add ice to a tall glass until the glass is about ¾ full. Add the simple syrup, Lime juice and bitters. Stir vigorously to chill. Add the club soda and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
