Here I demonstrate how to build on one of the fundamentals of skateboarding as an exercise and get 30 backside grinds in 108 degree heat in southern Nevada before my camera shuts down. I get about 5 minutes before heat turns it off. I emphasize a basic movement that is the foundation of pretty much everything balance related in skateboarding. Build your foundation. Make it solid and skate whatever you want. Skateboarding cardio does not have to be difficult or complicated. Stick with the basics and you will do just find. Get you time in daily, weekly, whenever wherever you can. Its important for longevity and quality of life. Fitness is the number one thing you can control that leads to an increased enjoyment of all aspects of life.
