How Much Follow Up Is Too Much?

What is the ideal follow-up? How much is too much? My honest opinion, it's very difficult to follow up too much. The only time that I view a follow-up is too much, is if your follow-up is one of these classic, did you decide on what you wanna do yet? That kind of nagging is too much. We wanna have a justifier.

It's a reason to be following up. Follow up number one is instant, that same day. It's a gratitude something specific and a summary. Number two is the friendly follow-up. Two or three days later, responding with the same message copied, just a friendly follow-up. Wanted to confirm you got this and had access to everything.

Then four days later, here's some helpful info to help you make that decision. Four to six days later is your proof email. This is, here's a link to our reviews. After that, how can I help? Nine days later. Then we've got our Hail Mary, 10 days later, the yes or no, and then 40 days later we'll do a rehash. If we set this up automatically, this thing will fire on its own.

My preference is to hit two forms of communication, call, text, and email. Every single follow-up I'm doing two at once. Is it overboard? The answer is no, it's not.
