Setting Up Your New Rig

Now that you have unpacked everything & have your cylinders full, it is time to get you set-up for work!

Attach the output micro-regulator to the fill regulator at the top of the cylinder. With a firm grip on the fill regulator screw on the output reg until snug. Do not over tighten!

Check the pneumatic tool you will be using for the recommended operating psi. Remove the cap from the output reg & use the provided tool to adjust the output pressure. Once the pressure is set, you will not need to adjust again unless you switch to a tool with a different recommended operating pressure. Replace the cap on the output regulator & put the tool in a safe location for future use.

*Note - the output regulator must be attached to a pressurized cylinder in order to set the psi.

If you are using EZAir Systems for temporary jobs here & there, attached the steel belt clip to the pouch for easy on & off any belt. Otherwise, use the integrated beltloop for a permanent attachment.

EZAir Systems HD hose will now easily attach to the cylinder & your pneumatic tool.

That's it! Now you are ready to hit the ground running.
