Beer Battered Grouper Cubes - Easy Recipe

The last bit of last weeks red grouper catch has now been cubed, battered and fried. Hope you enjoy this simple beer battered grouper cube recipe I used.

1 cup - Beer Batter Mix
3/4 cup - Beer (any beer will work, pick one you like)
This is enough to batter 1.5 pounds of fish
A pan of hot oil at med-high stove setting (use any oil depending on your taste desire)

I dip the 1x1 inch fish cubes into the batter than then directly into the frying pan. Let it sit for 2-4 minutes (until golden brown) and then flip for another 2-4 minutes.

Put the ready pieces onto a plate with a paper towel to soak up all the extra oil and let the pieces cool down/dry on the outside before serving.

Tomorrow I am heading out on a grouper/yellowtail snapper trip on my boat and the day after I am running way offshore for mahi/tuna fishing. Stay tuned to see what we catch and what we cook!
