In this video:
I end up putting a lot of fish on the boat on this patch reef fishing trip off Key Largo, Florida. Just south of Tavernier creek to be specific. So you can be sure that this is going to be a catch n cook. Or as all the cool kids say, a catch clean cook.

I anchor in 15 ft of water on the patch reefs and the first thing I do is put out 2 chum blocks. This gets the snapper fired up. Yellowtail snapper, mangrove snapper and the mutton snapper are all fish that show up on this fishing trip.

I loaded this fishing video up with tons of how to methods. Mainly you will learn how to catch mutton snapper and how to catch all the other types of fish I put on the boat. I also show you how to clean and cook the fish at the end of the video.
I was catching a lot of small snapper and then was able to catch some ballyhoo for bait. The cut ballyhoo caught me a nice mangrove snapper, but as I was reeling it in a monster barracuda grabbed it!

A great fish fight ensued with the barracuda and I landed it with only using mono line. No wire. That's right! I will use this barracuda for deep drop bait. Sorry no catch and cook with this guy!

It's not much longer until I get a huge bite! And no this is not another barracuda. It's a MONSTER mutton snapper. The fishing couldn't be better here in Key Largo. Man do I love Florida!
I catch a second keeper mutton snapper but released. Also caught a grouper and called it a day.

I run back home and clean the mutton snapper before the sun goes down. Catch clean and cook this guy before it gets too dark to see.
