Not only are we catching mahi in this offshore fishing trip but we are also catching tuna. The weedless squid rig is the perfect lure to not only catch mahi but also a good tuna fishing rig.

The Baitfish Glow and Black Grape are my two favorite fishing lure colors for this squid rig. The mahi and Tuna love these fishing rigs! It's only a matter of time before the catch and cook is ready when you troll these fishing rigs.

As requested we take the girls fishing. The girls have a blast fishing for tuna. It's always a good time with girls on the boat. And when you're catching fish of course! Catching fish off layton key in the Florida keys! Can it get any better?

The first fish we catch is a nice mahi mahi. We catch mahi trolling the baitfish glow weedless squid rig. I caught the mahi, so now it's time to let the girls catch fish.

The girls catch blackfin tuna on the baitfish glow, black grape and even the barbie pink fishing rigs. So much fish on the boat it's almost time for the mahi catch and cook. It's going to be Mahi Tacos Catch N Cook yehaw!

The Florida Keys did not disappoint. It seems like this time of the year offshore the mahi are not in schools but they are very big! You have to find the lonely swimming mahi! And you can have yourself a offshore fishing catch and cook.

The Squid rig was the perfect fishing rig for mahi. The squid rig was also the perfect fishing rig for tuna. I hope you learned how to catch mahi and also how to catch and cook mahi.
