Catching a Grunt while Fishing. Cleaning And Cooking it

Some days we catch lots of fish. Some days we just catch a buzz. But this day we catch and cook a Grunt. One of my Fav Pan Fried Fish.

I live in Key Largo, Florida and in this episode we do some patch reef fishing just south of Key Largo out of a place known as Tavernier. We head out of Tavernier Creek late in the day to do some evening patch reef fishing.
