Thailand's parliament will hold a second vote on a new prime minister on Wednesday (July 19), more than two months since the liberal Move Forward Party's surprise election triumph over rivals allied with the military. Speaking exclusively to Reuters on Tuesday (July 18), he said he was willing to manage the pace of his party's ambitious reform drive if he becomes leader, but vowed no retreat from a plan to change a law that forbids insulting the monarchy.
