An Easy Learn to Knit Video Series (Video Two)

This is video two of my learn to knit series. In this video I will teach you how to do the Knit Stitch, Garter Stitch, and Bind off. You will learn the techniques needed to knit a garter stitch scarf or Cowl.

This is our second video of the series. This videos continues on the skill you learned in Video One which was different ways to cast on.

Practicing what you learn each week will build upon the previous skills and by the end of the series you will be able to knit up quite a few projects using these new skills.

Remember, I knit in the continental style which means that I hold and tension the working yarn with my left hand the way I do when I crochet. (I am right handed). Since most crocheters have already learned how to do this the Continental style of knitting seems to be easier for crocheters to learn and master. It is also a way that once proficient you will be able to knit a lot faster than other methods.
