Cranberry and White Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- Sugar - 140g
- Eggs - 3
- Kefir - 100g
- Butter - 90g
- Flour - 300g
- Baking powder - 1 packet
- Cranberries - 100g
- White chocolate - 100g

Instructions:
1. Beat the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add kefir and cooled melted butter, mix well. Sift the flour and baking powder, and stir to combine.
2. Add cranberries and white chocolate, and gently fold them into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
