Embers of Armageddon + Sunlust | Map 01 | Ultra-Violence 100%

You know things are gonna ramp up quickly when they're throwing mid-level monsters at you in the first map. On the plus side, the Combat Shotgun's Explosive Shot mod is acquired, but spending weapon upgrade points on the Super Shotgun is a little more important at the moment.
