Russia's Security Huddle After Crimea Bridge Attack, Putin Slams Ukraine For "Senseless Crime"

Russian President Putin has denounced the "terror attack" on Crimea bridge and vowed a “response”. Putin has been told by Russian officials that the damaged Crimea Bridge will be completely repaired by November 1. A third convoy of Wagner fighters has been seen in Belarus, according to military monitoring group, Belaruski Hajun. Putin ally Dmitry Medvedev has called for “inhumane” response to Kerch Bridge attack against "terrorist" Ukrainians. Meanwhile, Russia's Foreign Ministry notified Ukraine, Turkey and the UN that "without Russia's participation, the 'Black Sea Initiative' ceases to function from July 18."
