Demolish the endless to-do list of important tasks without burning out

Urgency is not the state of mind I want to be acting from. I need to manage the demand for my time better. I need to reassess my boundaries. Until now, I didn't think this was a problem.

I don't want anyone to feel unimportant because I'm not responding with a sense of urgency. I am involved with a lot of people and communities which I feel are ALL doing important things. I don't want to compromise the quality of our work to get more done.

My ego enjoys being in demand. However, I'm also giving away a lot of my time for free. I might do a little audit and see where my time is going, clearly.

Urgency is a tiring state to exist in but important tasks feel good and give me energy. The difference is very subtle. Anything could enter my awareness in a state of urgency, and feel important.
