Toe Nail Fungus - Why Foot Hygiene is Important - 1 Week Into Lamisil

Working construction in the Arizona heat for 14-16 hours a day does a number on your body. Being exhausted after work lead to a lack of proper hygiene. Having no medical lead to neglecting the issue, hoping over the counter remedies would help. Before the week of Lamisil the fungus was a solid mass under the toenail and would not even allow me to trim it. Learn from my mistake.
