Chinese Food | Eating Sichuan "Paper" Fish With A Local Girl In Chengdu

Sichuan food is one of China's 8 main cuisines. Out of all Chinese cooking, Sichuan food is my favourite Chinese food. It's spicy, numbing, fragrant, and very strong. You become addicted to Sichuan flavours and love watching and learning how to make Chinese food, as the chefs prepare it.

Here, I shot a video with a local Chengdu girl who wanted to eat some delicious fish with me. This Sichuan fish was prepared in Garlic and a "fragrant" broth, which was also quite spicy. It was really delicious. Sichuan food is awesome! I brought her here to this restaurant and it was the first time she tried that flavour! I would love to have that sauce on some chicken too haha!
