CRIMINAL DAMAGE CHARGE DISMISSED! $6000 for a mark on a wall! (THE UMBRELLA PEOPLE)

Glen from the Umbrella People was arrested and charged by WAPOL (Western Australian Police) earlier this year.
The charge was criminal damage for allegedly scraping his umbrella across the wall outside government house.

The case has recently been dismissed.
Court auction brought on by the police has resulted in costs of $6000 being awarded to Glens Barrister Stephen Gabriel.
Money having to be paid by the tax payer, an absolute waste of public money, police resources and time.
Common sense prevailed here.
