Each arrow is an hour of meditation. If you do them you'll dream like I do, It's a snapshot of heaven. You do not have to stop anything that you are doing to focus your mind. They are labeled in phases so you can go back to get a fuller picture. But you do not need to, to get a tether to another plane of gamma consciousness and lucid dream.

Phase Forty One
→You are on a step that glows like a black light on the Pyramid of Transformation within the Temple of God
→You go through a portal which takes you to a red steep above you, to high to climb
→There is ASZOm-SNA-YRVL, a white haired dark skinned angel who shows you the mirror and judgment of your true desire
→She tells you, you must have no selfish lust
→If you are male she goes through another portal to a glowing yellow step above; if you are female she merges with you
→You go through the portal to the glowing yellow step
→There you see a sort of Japanese Orville Redenbachar. This old man is named ZN. He says that you must have complete union without selfish lust.
→If you are male he merges with you. If you are female he goes ahead through a portal through to a glowing purple step.
→You know you may not pass until you release selfish desire; spend your remaining hours meditating on this objective.
