Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients:
½ of Cabbage
Water
1 of Carrot
1 of Onion
½ of Green Bell Pepper
Olive Oil
Salt to Taste
½ Teaspoon of Black pepper
1 Teaspoon of Fried Garlic
4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 Chopped Tomato
Parsley to Taste
Resep Kol
Bahan-bahan:
½ kol
Air
1 wortel
1 bawang bombay
½ paprika hijau
Minyak zaitun
Garam secukupnya
½ sendok teh lada hitam
1 sendok teh bawang putih goreng
4 sendok makan mayones
1 tomat cincang
Peterseli secukupnya
Cara membuat:
Potong kol menjadi separuhnya, lalu cuci bersih.
Didihkan air dalam panci besar. Setelah mendidih, masukkan kol dan biarkan mendidih selama sekitar 5 menit.
Angkat kol dari panci dan tiriskan.
Panaskan sedikit minyak zaitun dalam wajan besar. Tumis bawang bombay hingga harum dan lembut.
Masukkan wortel dan paprika hijau yang telah dipotong dadu. Tumis hingga sayuran sedikit lunak.
Tambahkan kol yang sudah direbus ke dalam wajan. Aduk rata.
Bumbui dengan garam, lada hitam, dan bawang putih goreng. Aduk rata dan masak selama beberapa menit.
Matikan api dan biarkan sedikit dingin.
Tambahkan mayones dan tomat cincang ke dalam wajan. Aduk rata.
Taburi dengan peterseli sesuai selera.
Sajikan segera dan nikmati.

Receita de Repolho
Ingredientes:
½ repolho
Água
1 cenoura
1 cebola
½ pimentão verde
Azeite de oliva
Sal a gosto
½ colher de chá de pimenta-do-reino
1 colher de chá de alho frito
4 colheres de sopa de maionese
1 tomate picado
Salsinha a gosto
Modo de preparo:
Corte o repolho ao meio e lave-o bem.
Ferva água em uma panela grande. Quando estiver fervendo, adicione o repolho e deixe ferver por cerca de 5 minutos.
Retire o repolho da panela e escorra.
Aqueça um pouco de azeite de oliva em uma frigideira grande. Refogue a cebola até ficar perfumada e macia.
Adicione a cenoura e o pimentão verde cortados em cubos. Refogue até os legumes ficarem levemente macios.
Acrescente o repolho cozido na frigideira. Misture bem.
Tempere com sal, pimenta-do-reino e alho frito. Misture bem e cozinhe por alguns minutos.
Desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar um pouco.
Adicione a maionese e o tomate picado na frigideira. Misture bem.
Polvilhe com salsinha a gosto.
Sirva imediatamente e aproveite.
