"Wagner has handed over its weapons to Russia.

The Russian Armed Forces, in accordance with the plan, are completing the acceptance of weapons and military equipment from the Wagner group, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

More than 2 thousand pieces of equipment and weapons were transferred , including hundreds of tanks, MLRS "Grad", "Uragan", air defense systems "Pantsir", self-propelled artillery mounts, armored personnel carriers and more.

Among the transferred equipment, dozens of units have never been used in combat conditions. More than 2,500 tons of various ammunition and about 20,000 pieces of small arms were also accepted. All equipment and weapons are delivered to the rear areas, where the repair and restoration units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carry out maintenance and preparation for use.
