Russia To Reverse-Engineer Western Weapons Captured Amid Ukraine War; Putin Says “Why Not?”

Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced plans to 'reverse engineer' Western technologies. Putin told the state-run Russia-1 channel, "If there is an opportunity to look inside and see if there is something that can be applied to us, well, why not?". Recently, Russian troops captured a long-range Storm Shadow missile that the UK sent to Ukraine.
