Pennsylvania governor urges caution over flash floods

Pennsylvania's Governor Josh Shapiro said his administration was concerned about bad weather conditions for Sunday evening (July 16) and urged citizens to remain alert. A day earlier, at least four people were swept away and killed by a flash flood in Upper Makefield Township in Pennsylvania.
