Interim head coach Kurt Rambis has been managing his players like every win matters. Since he replaced the fired Derek Fisher as coach, veterans like Carmelo Anthony, Jose Calderon, and Robin Lopez have all seen their minutes go up, while young players like rookie point guard Jerian Grant have lost time on the floor. Disagreeing with this strategy, Anthony and two other veterans came together in to show him the way.
