Double Ka Meetha Indian dessert

Double Ka Meetha is a delectable Hyderabadi dessert. It is rich and creamy bread pudding that tastes amazing. Deep fried bread dip in the sugar syrup and serve with rabri and dry fruits.

Ingredients:

White bread: 10 slices
Milk: 1litre
Sugar: 100 gm
Clarified Butter/ ghee/ oil: 200 ml
Cashew nuts: 10 - 12 pieces
Almonds and pistachio flakes: 5-6
Raisins: 10 - 15
