Here are my before & after pics from my first eight weeks of weight training. This video shows you my take on beginning weight training for mature women, as I am 62 years young.

I started weight training after I was diagnosed with mild osteopenia as a way to strengthen my bones. This video shows you my before and after pictures and the surprising progress I have made in terms of reshaping my body.
