Carnivore conversion mistake...
-keeping in artificial sweeteners
-stevia; monk fruit
Often with coffee
"I have heavy cream in coffee,
is that okay?"
-well, cream yes, coffee...no
If looking for optimal health,
eliminate things other than
animal-based foods
-meat, [eggs, fish], plus salt, water

For fat loss...
"I lost 23 pounds in 10 days
while 5x my calories by
-eliminating
-broccoli;
-spinach;
-kale
Then stayed exactly the same,
but: stacked on muscle, and
shredding fat
-replacing fat with muscle

Sweeteners inhibit fat loss...
-limbic system responds
-some studies show that insulin
responds to any sweetener,
with or without sugar
Artificial sweeteners did not
exist 100 years ago
-does not belong in our food
"Doctor, carnivore helped me feel
better, think clearer, but I did not
lose weight..."
