Sriracha Shrimp Cocktail, Celebrate New Year's Right!
Shrimp cocktail is a classic New Year’s dish, but we wanted a little more heat so we added Sriracha! Ingredients: 1 pound of cooked shrimp, deveined and shells removed 1/2 up ketchup 2 Tablespoons sriracha or hot sauce, or more to taste 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce (use Tamari Soy Sauce for Gluten Free) 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice black pepper to taste fresh lemon slices 1 small cucumber, sliced (optional) fresh herbs for garnish (optional) In medium bowl, combine ketchup, hot sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire, horseradish, fresh lemon juice and black pepper. Stir and combine well. Serve with cooked shrimp and slices of fresh lemon and cucumbers. Garnish with fresh herbs. Happy New Year!
