Buffalo Wild Wings just released their new Mountain Dew sauce and truckers everywhere tugged their horns and rejoiced. We quickly picked up an order of wings so our scientists here at the Obsev food labs could reverse engineer it just for you!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Flout
Ketchup
Corn Starch
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
3 Tbsp Vinegar
1 C. Mountain Dew
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
Eggs
Chicken Breasts
Plastic Bag
Tenderizer

Place your chicken into plastic bags and tenderizer until about 1/4 in thick then cut into long even strips.

In a small container add 1 egg and mix with a few dashes of your hot sauce. In a large baking pan add a cup or two of flower and mix with a few grinds of salt and pepper. Dip your chicken into the egg wash then coat with the flower mix.

Heat a healthy amount of oil in a pan over a medium high heat and fry your chicken strips until they are golden.

In a medium saucepan add 3 Tbsp of Vinegar, 1 Tbsp hot sauce, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, a dash of ketchup, and 1 cup of mountain dew.

Stir constantly over a medium high heat adding a slurry of corn starch and water mixing until the sauce thickens.
