If I follow the alibi in this video and merge it together with the indicator at the top left corner, that means the altitude of the land vehicle (that is recording this) is 4961 ft. This is not possible in practice, so I tend to think that this is altered. This is why I have requested the channel in question for the raw unedited video to investigate if it's altered or not.
