Best Golf Swing Transition Start the Downswing Early for Effortless Power
Full lesson ; https://youtu.be/ZK4mg-TxDhA

The golf swing transition is one of the most important parts of the swing, but it's often overlooked. In this short lesson, I'll show you how to start the downswing early and use momentum to create effortless power.

The key to a good transition is to start moving your weight to your front foot as soon as your hands reach hip height. This will help you create coil in your backswing and then release it into the downswing.

As you start your downswing, your hips should rotate toward the target and your shoulders should tilt forward. Your arms should continue to swing down, but they should be relaxed and not too active.

The goal is to let the momentum of your swing carry you through impact. If you try to force the clubhead down, you'll likely lose power and accuracy.

So give this drill a try and see how it feels. You'll be surprised at how much more effortless power you can generate in your golf swing.
