Couscous Salad = Greek Specialty

1 Cup of Whole Wheat Couscous (steamed)
1 Cup of Goya Beans (any type)
1/2 Cuke
1 Cup of Carrots, Celery and Onion
Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Feta Cheese (any amount works) optional

2 ounces of Apple Cider Vinegar
4 ounces of olive oil

Mix well and enjoy. You may need to fluff it up with a fork later.
