Last Call Dodge Challenger Shakedown – The 80s Challenger We Got 40 Years Late?

Dodge Challenger Shakedown Narrow Body that was supposed to be Smoke Show Gray, but instead its in Destroyer Gray. I like the change, much nicer overall I think. I do go over the car, the changes in the production model and what makes it stand out.

While the car does have markup, I do reveal why there is a big incentive to sell these cars cheaper, in order to get the bigger heavy hitters on the lot. Dodge has a plan that just might work.

In the meantime, the big thing is the interior. For those that don’t like the bright red, the Shakedown’s come with black Alcantarra but with red stitching along the door panels, dash and center console. It’s a very nice touch and as opposed to other colors (like green!) the red stands out very nicely and accents the red stripe on the outside.

The negative would be the badging that is stickers, but it does harken back to the IROC days and the 80s (kind of why I picked that song from Alex Nakarada!)

If you are interested in buying it, let me know and I can try to work out a deal (not afficilated other than being friends with my salesman that sold me a bunch of cars, though I will say that Im very…VERY tempted to get this for myself)

It does have the Handling Package, with the flat bottom steering wheel, the 275 Pirelli’s, red calipers, and of course, the Shaker hood.

Its just a regular 392 Scat Pack, with the TorqueFlite automatic. The question is…which one do I trade in to get it LOL. While editing this video, I admit I started to really like this car. And while it has a markup, it is no different than any of the other Last Call Dodges, so it is being treated as any other Challenger on the lot.
