Would YOU PREFER a Raise? Or a Pizza day?

Some Businesses like to give employees stupid perks like a Pizza Day, or some unpaid time off. Is that really what you want? Or would you rather a raise so that you can build your income, build your savings account, start investing etc? I think everyone would UNANIMOUSLY chose a raise, as you should. We really need to start pushing for raises and we really need to learn how to negotiate, because the people who own and run these businesses, know how to negotiate VERY well, giving them a Massive advantage.
