This ground blind is a great addition to your hunting gear collection. Despite one of the rods coming off the socket, it was easily fixed with epoxy glue.
Just be aware that this blind is designed to stick in the ground, so it may not work well on hard surfaces. If the ground is too hard, you may need to turn it over and use it upside down.
However, a bummer is that the side without stakes doesnt have loops for ties at the bottom to secure it down. That being said, the stakes do not come off, which is a positive aspect.
One downside is that the blind may not be long enough to hide you on the sides if you are using a crossbow. However, it still works well for turkey hunting.
For someone who is 58", this blind fits perfectly, providing a clear view over the top. Taller individuals, around 60" and above, may find it less suitable, but adding brush for additional cover can be helpful.
In terms of functionality, this run and gun blind is excellent. Despite some suggestions for a taller design, it works perfectly when used with a gobbler chair that sits low to the ground.
