First tomatoes

This pink tomato is already ready to eat. But it is not as tasty as if ripe. When the tomato is fully ripe, the tomato will be red in color. By the way, green tomatoes can also be eaten. But for this, green tomatoes are preserved in jars. A lot of spices are added there. In winter, eating a green tomato is just as tasty as a ripe red one. But in the summer, of course, a red, ripe tomato is tastier.
