Philip Traber is restaurateur in 2nd generation and is still the current world champion in beer tapping since 2001.
In 2009 he was challenged and he had to defend his world record. Philip did it successfully and tapped a 50l cask of beer in 4.55 minutes. This world record his still in the Guiness Book of Records.
Since 2012 he is using the social networks to promote video clips of his bar tending tricks.
The last clip called "Flying Hirsch 2.0" got 50.6 million clicks worldwide.
