The CHEEPEST AR 15

In this video I go over the cheapest AR-15 that you can get (that I know of). This is a 100% legal method to get one, you do have to ship the stripped lower to a registered FFL. The whole kit and lower is less then $400 pre shipping/tax/FFL fee.
