Russia recently declared that its Kurchatov town was hit by a Ukrainian drone, which they declared to be an act of “nuclear terrorism” by the Kyiv regime. Maria Zakharova, a Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, warned that “People in NATO countries should realise that their governments are sponsoring nuclear terrorism by the Kyiv regime.” She went on to ask a pointed question - “Are the countries that supply [drones] to the Kyiv regime planning to retire to Mars if there is a nuclear disaster? They won't have time.” The implication being that those who have supplied Kyiv with drones would be equally culpable as they would be unable to escape the consequences of a nuclear disaster.
